Samsung Debuts 27″ SyncMaster LCD

Just a few days back, we told you about Dell’s 27-inch LCD monitor that was leaked before making it to CES. Now, Dell’s got a competition with Samsung’s new 27″ SyncMaster LCD. The Samsung 275T shares much in common with the unannounced Dell 27″ display. Besides, the same 27″ display, the Samsung 275T uses the same 8-bit widescreen S-PVA Samsung LTM270M1 panel. The panel features a 1920×1200 resolution with a 500 cd/m^2 brightness and a 3000:1 contrast raito. Samsung’s SyncMaster has a 6ms gray-to-gray response time and a 178/178 degree viewing angle. The SyncMaster 275T will go on retail in February 2007 for a cheaper price tag of $999 as compared to Dell’s $1,200 price tag.
