Ferrari celebrates F1 title with Special Edition Scuderia Spider 16M

To commemorate the recent victory in the Formula 1 Constructor’s World Championship 2008, Ferrari has taken wraps off the open=top version of the F430 Scuderia. The beauty, called Scuderia Spider 16M, comes with a removable, customized Ferrari iPod touch 16GB with central dock placed in front of the dashboard. Ferrari claims the Scuderia Spider 16M to be the fastest open-top sports car on the Fiorano circuit they’ve ever built. Weighing 80 kg lighter than the F430 Spider, the Spider 16M has 510 hp 4.3L V8 engine and a power-to-weight ratio of 2.6 kg/hp. It can achieve 0-62 mph in a mere 3.7 seconds and the top speed sits at 195.7 mph. The limited edition coupe comes in two color options, black with gray trim and tricolor livery. Other exclusive features include the silver “limited series” plaque above the air vents, roll-bar with carbon-fiber outer shell, and a high-end audio system.
